AeroDesktop is a small program that`s free and works to improve the visual look of Windows, and whose main aim is to allow the user to apply transparencies to menus, windows, the start menu and the taskbar, all in just a few mouse clicks. You can configure many values of the transparency for each object, and also deactivate transparencies for specific objects.

Once the program is installed, just click the right mouse button on the object you want to make transparent, and choose among diverse contextual menu options. One of these options is the level of visibility. If you choose level 25, the window is invisible. Although it has been created for Windows Vista, it also works with Windows XP.
